will 255/35/19 fit guys? new wheel help needed

I've been offered a new set of wheels for my a4 avant b7 tdi - rs6 triple spoke with 255/35/19 tyres

I have s line suspension with eibach 45mm sportline, will these fit or will I run into trouble as I have to travel to collect?

What's the offset?
Tyres might be too big and might catch strut

Hi just found out offset is et 35?

ET 35 is the correct offset for the B7 so they won't rub on the inner suspension but 255 is a bit big for the B7 use 245 you may find with the lower suspension they rub on outer wing and on full lock both ways.
