Diverter valve - how to remove top screw ?!

Finally getting around to replacing the thing - unfortunately it is the one bolted to the turbo (back of engine).
How the hell do you remove the top screw ? I just can't get anything to fit - even tried a bendy screwdriver!
There is a silver pipe right next to it which doesn't help matter.

Any advice on this much appreciated as ever!

Just a lot of messing around to get enough room to get in there, I paid my garage to do it. Couldn't be stuffed with it.

100% the best way to get in there.

Managed to get to mine with the wheel off and jacked up, make sure you put an axle stand in there.

This is something I won't be taking off when I sell the car, absolute ball ache of a job, I left the wheel on too
