Quick query rear led lights

As title says, I'm fairly new on here and did a search but couldn't find the answer. I have a 57 reg black 3 door s line and wondering if you can get rear led lights from the newer models as I think it would look ten times better or are these only available on the 5 doors? If not il have to get some MY11 lights as I believe they are just plug and play..

MY11 rear lights look great (ok not as good as the 5dr LEDs but you get my point) i saw an 8P1 with MY11 rear lights and it looked awesome tbh

im gonna get some, but dont really wanna give ECP and of my hard earned

You can get the genuine 2011 ones from tps for near enough the same price, got them on my 53 a3

I havent looked into it, but are all MY11 (ie 2011 plate cars) rear lights the same?

Yeah, there's only 3 versions of the 8p 3 door lights, 2004,2009 and 2011, I just looked up a photo on the internet that had a 2011 a3 with the reg plate showing so I could order by reg

Mine is black and I've seen one on here that is black with MY11 lights and its looks smart
