Half or full amp

Hi I need some help to determine what type of wiring kit I need to fit a pioneer double din.

I have. 2005 b7 Dtm with symphony stereo cd changer & tape deck. I have Bose badges on all the speakers. Do I have a half amp or full amp, also do I have ISO connection or quadlock?

I have tried to remove stereo before but I think the locking tabs maybe damaged.

Bose is usually full amped mate
Should be quadlock too

removing it can be a right *** took me 30 mins first time i ended up buying merc removal keys from halfords so take your time
