Hi Guys,

Can you recommend a decent (weekly use) alloy wheel cleaner that I can use with a pump spray container & lance?

Probably something that I can dilute to work with the spray lance effectively as anything thick seems to clog the spray tip. Also, what would you recommend as the dilution ratio?

Feel free to recommend a decent spray lance to use as well, Im trying with a generic Hozelock one, and its pants performance wise.

Cheers :nogarors4:

Another vote for Bilberry. I think 4:1 is recommended for general really grubby wheels but you can go 10:1.

I use Autofinesse wheel cleaner. Mixed at 10:1 in a spray bottle. Does the job well for me and mixing it means a 1ltr bottle last for ages.

Thanks guys, Ill have a look around and see who can supply what in a 5lt size.

If you give the wheels a coat of Rimwax or similar then you may find that shampoo will keep them clean. I don't like using wheel cleaners, but if forced use Muck Off as it doesn't attack callipers, hubs or painted fasteners.
