Could anybody help me. My 2013 Audi S4 is due a service at 40,000 miles, My local Audi garage have informed me that the transmission fluid also needs to be changed, altogether they have quoted me just over £650. Is this just a another inflated Audi cost? I heard the gearbox is a sealed unit and that it should never be opened, is this true? And if it is why are Audi recommending that I need to change the fluid? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
