I got pioneer x8700bt in and it awesome
But am struggled how i get hdmi usb to my samsung s4 phone ? Cant get any to work it
Anyone good at it ? Explain how i do it etc would be great

Have you enabled screen mirroring on your phone?

Yeah i try it wont let me tick it
Proby work on newer s6 or s7

It should work with the s4 as it has screen mirroring. Did you leave them connected for 60seconds so they could pair then tick screen mirroring?
Have you considered it may be a faulty cable?

S4dont have mirrorlink so I download mirrorlink 1.1 and plug in use mhl kits but the mirrorlink tick blx wont let me tick it to enable it so the hdmi is still inactive when plug inand yes i try other cable of hdmi it no diff

Seems i was wrong i knew the s3 had it as i used to have one but didn't realise that samsung took the feature away on s4.
Could you not use the usb on the back of the stereo instead.
Other than that im out of ideas good luck in getting it resolved.
