Help! S3 turbo pipe clamp problem

Guys I'm constantly carrying a screwdriver because every 20-30 miles my turbo pipe comes off.

I have the red Forge turbo hose and it's held on by a standard jubilee clip.

Are there some sort of upgraded clamps I can buy to keep it on??

clamps fine.
Is your turbo, manifold, charge pipe stock?

Yes it's all stock. The pipe I changed to a Forge item after the previous one split.
