Precision Upgrades RS5 grill order

Hi guys,
I've never posted before but been using this forum since I joined last year.
Just wondered if anybody has had problems with Precision Upgrades? I placed an order on Saturday 2nd of April for an RS5 grill, the money has been taken from my account but have had no email from precision upgrades or a reply from my calls/emails to them.
Could anybody shed some light ?
Or shall I just wave my money goodbye?
 
How did you pay? It might be worth reporting it to your merchant
 
I paid by debit card unfortunately, I've just spoken with my bank and they have logged it as a dispute.
It doesn't make much sense though quite a few people buy from there they seem quite popular so I don't know what's going on ?
