Is the S-Line half leather interior real leather?

I was cleaning the car yesterday and while dusting the interior I wondered if I should be feeding the leather?
But is it real leather? No point feeding synthetic leather!

I have an A4 B8 2011 with half leather. And yes it is leather, I use leather care about once a month on it.

Is there an easy way to do that? I've had my A4 with brown nappa for 2 years and I havent done anything to it except clean it
