TomTom Go 5 - France map?

Hi - i am running TomTom on my GPS PDA and have the maps for the UK and the US on a dvd - i've been looking on ebay (if you know what i mean) for a map of France as I'm off to just south of Lyon by car in a week or so and can't find anyone selling maps of France....

Anyone got one they wish to sell or whatever or can point me in the right direction to get one?

Is it possible to use these ebay maps on my TomTom one? I could do with Europe early next year..
