Help Removing interior door trim blades

Anyone know how to Remove the interior door trim blades by the door handles on a a3 8p, got carbon ones to replace the gloss black ones

Just get a good grip on it by the handle and give a quick tug, will come free then carefully pop it all out

No probs, rears are the same if you end up doing those, they need pulling a touch harder though
