Just bought myself a low mileage 1.8T SE, was wondering what BHP this car will be 150/163 ??? Its a march 2001 on a Y plate if this helps.

Cheers Neil

Ok cheers mate, what do you think is the best remap to go for,i had the REVO job done on my MK4 golf and was quite impressed, are there more or any better options for the A4?

150 is yours,163 was on quattro models.later models went to 190 with a red t

I have a 2001 1.8t SE 163bhp which isn't Quattro.

One way to check which version you have is to get an online insurance quote where you can put in your reg plate and it finds your car for you.

Whenever I do this on my car, the 163 is listed in the model description - give it a try.

whatever.......its still 150,extra bhp is for the heavier quattro models, insurance sites is pants, read your car guide booklet on your model,

Best method is to look in at the sticker under the boot floor. It will give the KW rating of the engine. 150bhp is 110KW. 163bhp is 119.5KW

Look in the spare wheel well in the boot. There should be a sticker saying the output in Kw's if its 110kw its a 150bhp and if its more super...

My 2002 1.8T sport is 120KW and is not a quattro. The sticker inside your service book should tell you also.
