What a difference a clay makes!

Went out to give the car a wash and noticed the paint felt a bit rough! I did the normal snowfoam and rinse and then made a 4x the normal amount of Autoglym body shampoo in a 10l bucket....to be on the safe side!
I then used the Farecla G3 Body Prep Clay Mitt, I washed one panel at a time using the soft side and then turned the mitt over to the clay side, washing the mitt in a clean bucket between each panel.

Jetted the car at the end and was shocked to see the difference with how the water stayed on the car:

Those clay mitts really are good, super easy to use and very difficult to drop
 
Looking very good. What did you top up the car with protection wise afterwards?? Shine off a black us tremendous, I just couldn't go back to one.

I used the Maguires gold class...think that's what it's called ;) I'm off for 3 weeks in a month so I'll do a full polish,wax etc then.
