Did you get RS4/RS5 backing plates as well? I have a set I bought to put on mine but they wouldn't fit because my bbk is too big.

No, didn't order any backing plates. As the car is hardly used and the discs are now on back order 10-15 days I'm in no rush to fit them. It hasn't been used in 2 weeks and is parked up.
