I've got a 2006 A3 2.0TDI (140) PD, BKD engine code.
Something strange happens with this car throughout the drive.
E.g in the morning on first start, the car will be a bit sluggish which I expect is normal as it isn't fully warm.
When the engine is half way warm the performance will be really good on the car, gears will go in and out smoothly, then when it's fully warm sometimes it will be sluggish and gears are a bit more difficult to get in, then other times fully warm it will perform perfectly.
There's no consistency on when the car will perform better or worse, it's completely at random.
No error codes come up when scanning with VCDS
It's running at 147k miles now, had a full service around 3 months (2,000 miles) ago.
Do you guys have any recommendation on how I can troubleshoot the performance?
