Just accidentally dropped a screw driver section (8cm X 7mm) down this hole and its disappeared from sight to the rear of the silver screw.

I've tried to see where it's dropped to but can't get view on it.

Anyone know where this might lead and if I should be worried about starting my engine?

I think if you undo a few screws in the wheel arch liner you may be able to see where it's dropped down
