Rattle Noise

im having problems with a rattle noise coming from the gear stock column ... Been into Audi 7 times now and there saying there is now issue but friends and family have pointed out they can also hear the rattle even when music is playing ... Has anyone else experienced this issue ... Car is a 2015 model just turned 1 years old so still in warranty

Is it possibly coming from the armrest?

Mine does that if I have it extended without my arm on it.
