A3 exhaust tip

i have just changed my rear bumper

But now my exhaust sits to far in

I have a 2.0tdi so the tail pipes bend downwards so I can't just put on some exhaust tips. Anyone know how I can get it to look like this

Cut them down then add straight tips.

My 2.0 TDi has the straight tips :/
