A3 Driver giving us a bad name!

Nothing major here but saw this fella deciding to U-turn at the last minute into oncoming traffic, forcing a van onto the kerb!

Just makes me wonder what goes on in some peoples heads... Not a lot in some cases

And my friends and family laugh at me when I say we should have mandatory re-tests to get the idiots off the roads haha. Would also help us who enjoy our cars to have less cluttered roads. Fewer idiots, less congestion, everyone's a winner (apart from those who lose their licenses!).

Total idiot, plonker, etc... but he/she executed this stupid move quite well. Nowhere near hitting the van I think. I've seen idiots doing stuff on the roads that would warrant the death penalty...
