Thought I'd put a quick guide on here of how to reset the one touch facility on a B8 2009 model.
I had to disconnect my battery recently and when I reconnected the one touch facility, down and up had stopped working on my driver side window. All other Windows fine.
After some internet research, this is very common on VAG cars and the module need resetting.
There were numerous guides on the Internet and I tried Putting the window up and continuing to hold the button for 10 seconds then the same procedure down, putting key in door lock and holding with the same method. None of these worked.
The method I got to work wasn't listed on any sites that I looked a which I why I though I'd post this quick guide.
I lowered the window fully, released the button then held it down again for 10 seconds. I then held the button all the way up, released the button, then held it up again for 10 seconds. That did the trick for me.
