Cant find any 4GB SD cards for RNSe Mk1 !!

I've looked all over eBay and can't find any 4GB SD cards which are not SDHC for the rnse mk1. Does anyone know where i can get them from ?? Am assuming these the are maximum cards and must be SD and not SDHC to work ?

Also another thing I've noticed is that i have a iPod connector, the old 30 pin version. as these are old connectors would a lightning adaptor work on it so i can connect up my iPhone 5s for music ?

Looks like they are the only ones doing them. ive ordered a apple lightning adaptor for the aux thats in the glove box. If that works then i can just use a iPod instead.
