A3 rear suspension uneven

Hi, I noticed today that my rear left side of my car is about 1.25cm lower than the right side. I looked under and saw this. Not sure what this part is called, but could this be the problem or would it more likely be the springs? Thank you

More likely to be a broken spring as these are very common on the A3 platform.
