Looks like the DPF light from what I've read, what's the bottom light, and what should my next move here be?

Um why would the DPF come on so soon on a new "facelift" car ?. What year is your A3 ?
Anyway what you need to do is get the engine up to temp, then drive the car in 3rd-4th gear at 2000-2500 rpm for around 15mins. Doing this well get the temps up more in the car which in turn will help burn off the deposits in the DPF. Plus a blast down the motorway after might help as well
