Would this arm rest fit?

No, never tried one. Looks like it will cover your existing storage bin in the centre console. Fitting is by 2 screws into either side of the centre console so it's going to leave holes should you remove it at a later date. Their is a German aftermarket firm on Ebay that sell armrests that fit like the OE ones, about £40 when I looked last year.

They came back with £45.... however, before they came back with the offer I bought one elsewhere. Make them a stupid offer of £30 and see where you get. Don't worry about the clip being broken, you can get replacements.
 
If you're going to go to the trouble of fitting an armrest I really would recommend that you fit a Genuine one, either new (if you have deep pockets!) or second hand.
Sorry, but those aftermarket ones are plain horrible!

Got that genuine one off flee bay for £35 in the end. Thanks for the find Poopot.

Does anyone know where I could get the bolts from to hold it in? Should I just go to Audi?
 
Nice one... you need a clip, there are loads on flea bay... I paid a bit more for an ally one. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/162214439879 It isn't going to break!!!! Looks nice aswell. There is only one bolt needed for the arm rest. Can't imagine it's that expensive from the stealers!
