fault code

had my s3 Quattro scanned today and told it came up with fault code P1026 and its needing a purge canister volume sensor, does this sound right?
P1026 from looking internet is saying about an intake manifold air control solenoid?

Have you got the VAG code for this? not finding anything meaningful for that P code... also.. what engine code/year

No idea what a purge canister volume sensor is lol...

Says the other thing you are on about... maybe they are on about the air temp sensor... can you get it scanned with VCDS?
