I'm getting a chirping sound like a bird coming from the left of the car only at higher speeds (80mph+) This doesn't occur at any other time no matter how high I rev in lower gears. Also the turbo noise doesnt sound as smooth when acclerating hard recently, almost like chatter but only when accelerating. Any clues as to what this is?

Leaking dump valve possibly? Remove it, then push the piston up through the bottom spout with a screw driver, whilst holding it up, place your finger over the small spout at the top, release the piston and it should stay up, holding suction on your finger, if there is no suction, the diaphragm is split.
