Camshaft Adjustment Valve fault code

I've got a recurring p0011 fault code relating to the camshaft adjustment valve.

I know my oil needs changing which I'm doing tomorrow but will this clean the valve out or do I have to physically do it myself?

Has anyone experienced anything like this before?
