Hey guys and girls,

I am looking for a bit of help. My 57 plate S3 has the RNS-E unit, and has developed an issue with the radio suddenly. It seems incapable of tuning into stations on its own, and when I scan for stations, it only recognises Radio 2 and 4....Jesus wept....! I can manually tune to station frequencies, but it still doesnt recognise them. All the other functions work fine, CD, iPod etc...

Is it possible that when my battery went flat at the weekend, it has done something to upset it...? I'm pretty useless at this stuff, and would welcome any ideas/advice, before I spend **** loads on an auto-sparky.

Cheers in advance.

Al

Could be an issue with the aerial, maybe worth disconnecting the battery and then reconnecting as well, to see if it resets the connection??
