Whats the best tyres, which are quite wide to save kerbing alloys?

I can tell you that the Goodyear Eagle Assy 3 is NOT very good at all. Pity as otherwise it's a great tyre.
The Assy 2 was pretty good but not available these days.

Thanks, some tyres are a bit wider and do protect alloys a little.

Iv found Goodyear EfficientGrip tyres are good. Reasonable price and handle really well in the wet.
