Can anyone please recommend what touch up paint I should go for and the best way to use? Car door caught in the wind and bumped into a pebble dash wall... Thanks

Just by the official VW/Audi colour. You can get the touch up pack from Amazon. Luckily its pretty much on the edges, use a cocktail stick and apply small dabs at a time between coats.
