Im going to DIY spray my callipers either blue or red, my only questions are what ml can do I need and how many cans should I get? Also is it good to get a high temp clear coat too just to give it that final gloss look?

Cheers

And make sure you clean the calipers very thoroughly.

Is one 500ml bottle enough? Or shall I get 2? Thanks

Hammerite smooth works fine (as above) on the hubs and calipers and I have never experienced it getting hot enough (on disc brakes) to damage the paint. The caliper is insulated by the pads and if it got that hot the rubbers seals and dust cover would melt.

As above I sprayed the front calipers on my car with smooth black. It is soft for a few days and if you get brake fluid on it during this time it doesn't like it. After that no problems at all.
