Hi. I have S3 8l AMK engine.
I have poblem with cold start. After 7 8 hours when i try to start it, it starts and after 1-2 sec shuts off. After the first successful start there are no problems after that. Is it possible to be maf? Or injectors need cleaning?
In vag com there are only 2 errors.
Short to ground for second lambda ( i don't think this can be the problem)
And short to ground for EGT. I don't know if this can be, but i guess the sensor is not working as it should. What will be the symptoms for bad EGT?
Also my car behave really strange.
From 1500 rpm to 3000 there is no power at all. After 3000-4000 it's runing fine. A friend of mine have same car with same engine and his car start pulling from 1800-2000. What can be wrong? Both cars aren't mapped as far as i know.
