So the VW diesel scandal rumbles on now with owners reporting poor fuel consumption, starting difficulties as well as a drop in power and reduced acceleration.
The part that annoyed me was this: The German car-maker insists that the cheat devices were not fitted to cars sold in the UK but said it is applying the “technical fix” to UK cars to give drivers “peace of mind”.
So why would you apply "a fix" for something that supposedly didn't have the cheat device fitted, it's just blatant lies.
