VAG reader

Hi all, i have had some work done on my girlfriends car A3 8V , the thing is the lad has let us down on resetting the service and we have a airbag light on that needs turning off , i know this sounds dodgy but its all above board just been let down,
im not sure how this works but he did say he had to borrow a VAG machine to do the resets , any advice would be grateful,
i am based in Billingham( north east) , so anyone in the surrounding area who can help please get in touch ,

Have you checked out the VCDS map http://www.audi-sport.net/xf/pages/VCDS-Map/ perhaps one of the guys on there can help out.
