312 brake carrier upgrade

Hi can any one please let me know which carriers fit to upgrade to 312 disc. I know it's the bda 1181 but does any other parts fit eg from the tt many thanks

8V0615125A and 8V0615126A are the 312mm carriers according to ECS.
