Remove the trim strip of the door

Does any1 have a video about removing the trim strip of the door?
I need to remove it and then put it on the door again without breaking anything.

I'm sure you can remove it (part off it came of and there is some little components under it to keep it in place)

Mine was just stuck on, makes a mess removing it!
Had my door painted, so new trim was needed, replacement was stuck on after paint work done.

Outer rubber? It just pulls upwards, no clips.
