RS4 steering wheel on Audi s3 8p, 2008 pre facelift.

hi there,

I've been offered an Audi rs4 flat bottom steering wheel to put on my pre facelift Audi s3 and just wanted to make sure it would definitely work! With airbag last etc and all that!

That's the later one, don't think it fits.

I believe it will mechanically fit but getting the buttons to work will be the pain in the ***

The next best thing would be to have a look at Royal Steering Wheels, loads of people on here have used them of which they do a mint job! I'll be going for one, they're around £150 depending on what materials/style you go for http://royalsteeringwheels.com/

Ill second Jack @ Royal. Did a great job on an all Alcantara wheel for me, was circa 200... and he can do pretty much whatever you want style wise, or I got that feeling anyhow.

However if you're after the newer look, I think you can get it to work but there's some re-pinning required for things to work. I remember seeing a thread recently! Goosed if i can find it though
