OEM wheel options

What OEM wheel options are available? Currently it wears 205 width tyres on Passat 15" rims. The wheels that came with the car also had 205 width tyres but on 16" wheels. What size did S4/RS4 come with? I'm thinking 18"?

Don't really want to go to 18", is there a 17" to fit in this style:

S4 wheels 225/45/17 I think you do get an 18" option of these wheels but I think that was for the A6

heres another set of genuine 17" wheels. I think these came of a later A4 but still look the part.

yeh, no B5 got factory 18's

S4 wheels were 17", and the TQS Boleros were also 17". Everything else was 15 or 16"

When I first got them they were on 235.45.17 I got a bit of rubbing on the rear if there was weight in it but the car did sit lower than standard. I put 225.45.17 on them which suits the car better IMO

Cool, I was wondering if I could go to 235/45/17 as that's what the early E36 M3s ran, but not sure how wide the M3/ the 17" Audi wheels are. Looked at a B7/b8 today running 18" 9 spooks and they were "only" 225's. Thought 18's would defo be wider

225/45r17 is the stock size for a B5, usually on a 7.5" rim, and it fits those quite nicely. Going upto an 8" would benefit from 235's.

225/40r18 is the usual fitment when going up to 18's, though b6/7's usually run 235's

I'm running 235/40r18 on my B5 and its fine, but some folk report rubbing. It depends largely on the wheel offset, and also the exact shape of the tyre. I'm on ET42 up front and ET30 in the rear (12mm spacers).
