Hi all, wifes 2004 2.0fsi has been struggling to start intermittently over the last few months (doesn't really seem to have a pattern to it) then just before the weekend the fuel pump continued to run making a funny hissing noise once she'd turned the ignition off. Sometimes this is just for 10 seconds or so, then the other day it went on for a good 5/10 minutes! Any ideas if this is the relay / control unit / fuel pump...or all three!?

I've just taken it for a run and it was very juddery on start up - almost like it wasn't quite getting enough fuel when you change the revs - and the emission control light has now come on.

Anybody had similar issues? Any ideas what it could be?

Thanks in advance!!

PS I plugged in my cheapy CAN scanner and it came up with: Low Pressure Fuel Sensor (G410): Implausible Signal: P2540 along with Sensor for Nox (G295): Signal too Low: P1033
