Apologies if this has been asked before but has anyone any 'real' average MPG figures for the B7 RS4 under various conditions?

PetrolDave said:Same here - 18mpg on the back roads, 20mpg on my commute to work (mixture of Motorway, A & B roads and lots of queues) and 25mpg on the motorways.
Average over 7000+ miles, about 22mpg.

My old 911 wasnt too bad on fuel but it was a 3.0 sc with Kjet and my Boxster was actually quite good (2.7 tho)..
This is actually better than my old S4 though which is interesting

Chris.
ChriS3 said:Its about the same. The RS4 has a 60 ltr fuel tank when empty, so its £55 ish to fill it up when the light comes on.
s3bow said:Oh hell . Doesn't make my Golf look good does it.
Chris.
ChriS3 said:The golf looks like a diesel in comparison. I was lucky to get 330 miles out of a tankful in the S3, and I'm getting about 220-250 out of the RS4. Its getting 17.4mpg just now with a mix of town driving and country roads.
