Hi, would the part no : 4F2 820 043 A and 4F2 820 043P, be interchangeable, thanks.

No cannot swap the basic air-con control panel with a climate version the wiring is different and they have different sensors & motors etc. Also control panels have component protection which would need to be removed by a dealer, so not a simple install.
