That is beautiful. Were you replacing spec? Have you noticed a difference?

Not been out in it yet, just waiting for one of the rear calipers to come back to me... one had a bleed nipple that refused to seal 100%
Minor set back... will be back on it tonight.
I'm gonna mint up under the wheel arches while it's up in the air so it all looks fresh for Aitp
Brakes were all original before
Fronts were 2..mm vented
Rears were 232mm solid

Should be a massive improvement

It's back down ready for road test... brake pedal feels good so hopefully just a case of bedding them in...

Look good though, way better than the originals

RS007's

No longer available as far as I know
They were thin on the ground back in 2006 lol

All ready for Audis in the park tomorrow

Lovely looking car!

Mind if I ask a quick brake bleed question? I changed my rear discs and pads recently - bled the system at the same time - get good firm pedal feel until the engine starts. Then I get no resistance until the very bottom end of the pedal travel, maybe the last inch.
I can stop the car, but not well at all. It's not on the road because of this.

Any idea what might be causing this issue?

Did you bleed the master cylinder using the two 7mm bleed nipples on it?

Hi thanks for responding - no I didn't bleed the master cylinder.
D'you reckon that might be it?
Could be... if the pedal was fine before bleeding and long after...

Generally need to bleed the MC last as part of the process... watch the nipples though as they are small and easily snapped off...
