Tfsi noisy idle ,3 garages 3 replies

2.0 tfsi bwa engine,I know these are pretty noisy at idle but I’ve been concerned mine is very noisy,garage one Said all is fine ,garage 2 said cams ,cam chain,oil pressure,garage 3 said cams and quoted £1000 ,drives fine runs fine ,full history 76k fresh oil and new cam follower in fuel pump,I have no idea how to post the video so I’m after a few recommendations for places to replace the tensioner around Warwickshire and cost involved

this was in sump,its ally so not making the noise
