Rear Window Heater - Not working

Hi,

The rear window heater on my 2013 sportback is not working.

The button light comes on but heater doesn’t activate.

Fuse is ok.

Any ideas?

Could check the connections (one each end I believe behind the bootlid trim)

Failing that, it may be a broken wire somewhere on the glass

All connections ok including the wires on to the window. Want to check everything I can before putting it in to the garage. Apart from the fuse under the dash is there any other switches etc. That can be checked?

There is also a relay (R5) just below the fuse , although I think you would have to remove the glove box to get at it.
