Just changed flap actuator but still doesnt always work

Just changed the demist flap actuator on my A4 with a used one from ebay
but this one sometimes doesnt work either.
do you think I've just been unlucky to buy a faulty one or is there something
else that can cause the problem does anyone know?

It working in the same old one or difference.?
If same no about flap actuator.
If no motor or contact plate were dirty. need cleaning.
