AGU owner from France

Hello guys,

My name is Thomas, I work in the automotive industry as a calibration engineer for new diesel engines. I have also been playing around with VAG TDI and do remaps from time to time for myself and people I know.

I got the VAG bug a long time ago and have owned quite a lot of VWs including MK1 Golf GTI (which I shouldn't have sold...)
I still own a '76 VW Scirocco GLi and a '02 VW Bora Variant TDI PD130 (with multimap tuning).

What brought me here is the open-minded spirit there seems to be in this forum and your knowledge about those 1.8T 20V engines as I got myself an '99 Audi A3 AGU 150hp with M3.8.3 ECU as a big boy toy to play with and occasionnally put it on the track.

I've begun to buy some parts already.

As of today, I have:
- K03s turbo from a '03 1.8T 180hp Beetle with only 60.000 miles
- supersize silicone TIP
- Honda S2000 OEM cone filter with 70mm to 80mm reducer
- OEM brand new fuel filter
- OEM new thermostat

Parts I am missing before I put everything on the car:
- 3" downpipe with 2,5" decat
- PCV delete to ensure clean air going into the engine and also because my current PCV setup leaks from below the intake manifold as most of the early 1.8Ts... (still trying to figure out if I go with vented catch can or oil separator recycling to TIP. Any ideas?)
