Knocking/noisy duel mass fly wheel

Had a brand new clutch and duel mass fly wheel last year on my A3 costing me £800 at my local VAG specialist, only done 14k miles, driving home from work yesterday afternoon and it sounded like someone was smacking the underside of my car with a shovel along with a clutch that felt like it was going to shake my leg off, and the cars wobbling around like mad, (the noise only happens when the clutch pedal is pressed down) still drives for now but i dont feel like it will last much longer, the fly wheel is "just out of warrenty" funny enough but going back to the garage today as they said theyll "investigate it" which is nice of them i suppose.
