Saloon/Hatchback Parts

Does anyone know if parts are interchangeable? Im looking to buy a new wheel well. But the Ad says it's for a saloon and my car is a hatchback. Surely they would be the same part.

There are no common body parts between the saloon and hatch/sportback.
Whether that applies to the part you are looking at I don't know.
