Just been washing my car and noticed that the two right exhausts stick out a far bit more than the left two, guessing this isn't normal? Can the tips be adjusted, or moved in anyway, or will it need to goto Audi?

Mine are the opposite- looking from the back -
My Left Tips stick out further - Mmm ?

Hi,
You can pull them off (and therefore knock them back on)
The end of the exhaust lines up with the lip of the exhaust trim.
Only know this as I've recently taken mine off and had them powder coated!
My guess is to tap the right two on a bit more, they can only go on so far.

Thanks, no screws or hex bolts then? Saw there's a slight cut out on the bottom of each tip, couldn't really see into the holes though! Guess it's one for the rubber mallet ;)!

Yeah, just give it a wallop! It's just springy clips inside.

As requested Bitzieee........
They're a bit dirty but it adds the stealthy look that I wanted until I can afford the Miltek black cerakote version!

@LouiseS3 What made you go for powder coating? Were they corroded/pitted beyond polish restoration? I'm thinking about doing something similar with mine...

No, I've got a bit of a Daytona/black theme going on.
It's black edition anyway but I've changed the Audi rings to black, S3 grill badge aswell, so just didn't want chrome trims. Black wheels next!!
You just need to find a powder coating company that can shot/sand blast the trims first as apparently chrome is a sod to prep. £25 all in and the finish should be long lasting.

Difficult to see from the photos but the finish is satin black, pretty much like the miltek cerakote.

☺️ Ha ha! Surprised it took this long!
but Thankyou
